This dress has been professionally dry cleaned. However, it was an outdoor reception and the bottom hem got dirty. These stains did not come out in the dry cleaning. The bride was very tall (5'10"), so if the other measurments fit you, the dress could be hemmed to easily hide the soil. See attached photos for detail.
